If you need a condition report on a flat or house you want to buy then ask about our "Scheme 2" report and valuation service. An easy to follow but comprehensive survey report and valuation of the property you want to buy from only £210 plus VAT. You can use this report for your mortgage too, at no extra cost!

For shops, offices or workshop/factory premises, a flexible range of survey and valuation/rental advice is available for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
